i have joined a few PTR sites and was wondering if anyone had actually been payed by any of them yet! the main one is www.200dollars-20000dollars.com

No, I don't think it pays. If you look at how little it costs to buy advertising, there's no way it can sustain it's members with high priced e-mails. Maybe they pay sometimes, but only to sucker more people into joining. It's most likely a scam.

The sustsainable programs are around 1c per e-mail. Maybe up to 5c sometimes.

Oh, and the site's suspended too -_-

I agree with apathy... If programs claim to pay 5cent/click or more stay away from such programs!... For me even 5 cents/click programs are higly in "too good to be true" case! But maybe, you can use such programs just for advertising purposes...
