Good news for people who have access to Gmail (Google's free email service) they have introduced pop/smtp access this information is not clearly visible, but if you go to New Features and follow the link for POP Access you should find the information under there.

I believe I have 5 free spare invitations to give people who want to signup, if you are interested, please PM me and I will see what I can do.

That is good news. I wonder how they are planning on handling all the spam which will be generated by abusers.
