Great Email Service I stumbled Across (bgxmail)

Postby ahathorn » Thu Mar 03, 2005 5:36 am

Just thought i'd recommend that www.bgxmail.net be added to the free email list. They offer free 10gb email w/ paid plans for IMAP/POP/SMTP and guaranteed reliability. Great Access speed on all and reliability and support is good so far.

paid plans for IMAP/POP/SMTP?
Surf its webside only mention **Use your OWN domain to receive your mail. $19.99USD/yr (includes domain)**
No mention imap/pop/smtp plan, what is the amount of fee.
I guess it may be free , too.

Hi,

I am trying to get this confirmed but it looks like you get a 100mb free account at your domain to send and recieve emails and if you want the 10gb box you use your own domain name and such like.

I hope this helps.

To all FreeMailGuide Users,

My name is John H, a customer service representative for Bgxmail.net. The official details is this. In the inauguration of our email service, we only offered free 10GB Webmail, now we offer the whole works for free. We offer free 10GB Webmail, IMAP, POP3, SMTP as well. Simply signup for an account and then email protocols@bgxmail.net for information as to how to setup your account in an Email Client. The only paid plan is $19.99USD to use your own domain. So if you'd like lalala@yourdomain.com, simply email admin@bgxmail.net for payment details. Other than that, we are incredibly flexible for our account plans. If you'd like more space, we will see what we can do for you.

Sincerely,
John Hlomb
Bgxmail.net Customer Service Representative

Hello usf,

Thank you! We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and expanding accordingly. We believe on representative by population, so to speak, and choose to listen to our customer's feedback in order to better our email service. We expand carefully, always ensuring that reliability comes first. We are aware that there are several email companies out there who have expanded rapidly but have poor reliability (UES is one of them as suggested as a user on our system) so we try to ensure that this does not happen with us. We expand carefully, and we do listen to our customer's opinions.

This is a service runned by Vliou. Remember SGIES, Sytrino and St. George's International Email Services. The entire history of Vliou and his email services is here: http://www.hyperorg.com/blogger/mtarchive/001838.html

Hmmm, Very Intresting reading but this new service seems to be far better and reliable and I think it may actually be more relaibely run as there does seem to be 2-3 people involvked now and due to the fact they are offering pad plans makes me wonder whether they have got a proper server or a dedicated machine with a legal connection but everything seems superb at present.

Sytrino also offered paid plans. If you did a traceroute to mail.bgxmail.net you will end on a shaw residemntial cable connection.
