I NEED FREE IMAP OR POP ACCESS USABLE FROM OUTLOOK CLIENT

Postby xxwhookidxx » Wed Jul 09, 2003 3:52 am

ANYBODY KNOW SOME GOOD FREE ACCESS , preferably advertisement free..?.. i want to configure something to send alerts to my cell phone using message rules.. Currently Microsoft OUtlook does not support message rules with use of an HTTP mail account such as hotmail.. which really sucks!.. otherwise hotmail would be ideal..

Yep. It is. The kid running it was running it on Mom's cable connection when it was against the rules of his ISP. The whole story broke out at broadbandreports.

Try
http://www.largehotmail.com (Us Based?)
http://www.dubmail.net (UK Based)

Both services have what you want with POP/SMTP/IMAP and 1gb of storage, Largehotmail accounts are set-up manually so it may take 12 hour or so, also another account is required to confirm signup.

Took them more than a week to get my account established. I use XXOS now.http://xxos.us:81/mail. The name sucks, but, 200MB/POP3/Webmail/smtp, not bad.

Beware, Dubmail is banned from emailaddresses.com and thus probably not worth using...

Hi,

I am just decided to do a bit of cleaning of this thread with deleting a couple of messages and one I think I posted by mistake without logging in and spell checking the message, but I will mention anyone offending my help or anything like this will be liable to have their post deleted.

I am visiting this forum more and I am trying to be a good admin, provide as much help as I can to you the users and I am trying to recommend good services which I know are reliable and such like, and for people to just say kind of that I am exagurarting things, I'm not and I will take anything like this trying to make me look bad won't be tolerated and I may delete your post.
