Some Suggestions on Improvement of Website

Postby sukhdeepsinghkohli » Sun Apr 03, 2005 6:32 am

:D

Hello,
Sir i am new to this forum and believe me this Forum and Website ROCKS! :-). But with all respect I will like give the following suggestions :-

1. The homepage of Free POP email is not very effective in providing information to users. The intro is excellant but how to configuring it in email client lacks. Please try to make a table providing all the necessary settings. Like

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.gmail.com
Requires SSL:Yes
Port:995

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.gmail.com
Use Authentication: Yes
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 465 or 587

2. The website can include new pages and new forum topics like Free Domains and Free Webhosting. If yes, I will like to two free websites providing free Domains. (i) http://www.freedomain.co.nr/ (ii) www.dot.tk. Also there is great website where people can share files without registering http://rapidshare.de.

If you don't know about this idea, i think you can ask forum members and run a poll on the forum or Website. I think it will be great service to users as they will have one stop Website where they can get everything regarding their space on the internet.

Yours Sincerly

Thnx a lot again...
Free Domains and Free Webhosting... I can add them, too but there are many resources about these topics around... Right?

Hey Ayhan,

Buddy I know there are plenty of websites providing free webhosting and domains but then they are plenty of sites providing free emails also. The way i see this website is "The Best Website providing Communication Services detail on the Internet." It is our job to make it THE BEST. So I recommended to you to include the above topics in the forum as users like to get all the thing "under the same roof."

I say you hold a poll on the forum. Anyway thanks a lot!! for that Gmail invitation :-D.

Always a member
